Custage has 30 years of international business experience that includes  leading single and multi-country operations for Xerox, Nortel Networks, and Ryder System, Inc.  Living and working outside the U.S. for over 20 years, he has managed profitable growth in Europe, Latin America, North Africa and the Middle East.

Dennis recently completed a 15-month assignment as President and COO of National Car Rental and Alamo Rent-a-Car, based in Europe, responsible for operations in 70 countries.

He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and has a degree in finance from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce. He also participated in the prestigious INSEAD program on alliances and joint ventures in Fontainebleau, France.

Dennis has spoken at a number of major conferences including the Council of Logistics Management. He has been a guest lecturer for executive MBA programs at Florida International University, the University of Miami, and the joint program of the University of Ohio and the University of North Florida.

Dr. Joe Bode is a highly experienced logistics executive who has managed large-scale business operations for over 25 years.  His prior positions include Senior Vice President Operations at Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc.; Vice President Logistics, Europe and North America at Black and Decker; Senior Vice President Information Systems and Distribution at Revco Drugstores; and Director Distribution Planning and Control at Firestone Tire and Rubber Company. He was a principal at Booz, Allen and  Hamilton, Transportation Consulting Division.

He is a member of the faculty at George Washington University Graduate School Business. His consulting activities specialize in Supply Chain Management. His clients include Polaroid, Smith Kline Beecham, Bell Laboratories, Lucent Technologies, Carrier, Georgia-Pacific, Mayne-Nickless, Westaim Biomedical, American Biltrite Corporation, and US Fence Corporation.

Joe has authored numerous presentations and symposia  in the area of Suppy Chain Management, Logistics and Information Systems. He has been recognized by The Economist, Distribution Magazine, the Warehouse Research and Education Council, and the Council of Logistics Management. He has lectured at MIT, Case Western, George Washington, and the University of Maryland. Joe holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Mathematics from the University of South Carolina and a B.S. in Mathematics from Villanova University.

Dr. Guillermo Carracedo was Executive Vice President and CEO of Bunge y Born's trading operations in Argentina. He has participated in most of the Argentine government's commercial missions.  He has also served on the boards of directors of   various commercial associations in Argentina including the Board of the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires (stock market). Guillermo has various interests in agro-industry and tourism in Argentina.  He has been instrumental in attracting foreign investment to those sectors despite the economic turmoil currently taking place.  Guillermo has a Degree in Economics from Buenos Aires University where he was a member of the Academic Board. He publishes articles in respected economic journals in Argentina and heads up the consulting firm CADEC, S.A.

Jason Hubbard based in Holland, Jason is an international marketeer with more than 30 years experience, holding an MBA from the University of the Americas in Mexico, where he was raised. His first business experience, also in Mexico, was in the   cosmetics and ethical pharmaceutical industries.

Working for Polaroid Corporation, he first directed export sales throughout Latin America and founded Polaroid's Brazilian subsidiary. He served as Polaroid's marketing manager in Japan, and later in France, and became General Manager in the UK as well as Regional Marketing Manager for Europe.

Multi-lingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese with a good working knowledge of French), he has managed export operations throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East, as well as subsidiary markets in most of Europe. In the U.S. he was responsible for the World-Wide Identification business including leading the transition to digital imaging, winning a number of major government programs both in the United States and Europe.

Dmitry Levin is a native of Ukraine with more than 20 years of international management experience in the Ukraine, Russia, Western Europe, Israel and the United States. 

He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce. Dmitry is fluent in English, Russian,  and has a working knowledge of German and Polish.

In addition to his work in the private sector with S.C. Johnson, Tesco(UK), B&Q (UK), Castorama (France) and Praktiker (Germany), Dmitry has been a member of the board of directors of international chambers of commerce, and participated in the Commission on Trade and Investment dialogue between the President  of the Ukraine, Leonid Kuchma and U.S. Vice President Al Gore.

Norka Parodi has over 15 years of experience implementing domestic and international projects in logistics, financial services, manufacturing and healthcare for Fortune 500 companies. She specializes in partnering with clients to develop strategies for optimizing the alignment of technology and business practices. Her superior client relationship management abilities have benefited companies in today's convergent economy. Additionally she utilized her marketing skills at Xerox and American Express.

As Director of Technology for American Express, Norka led the information technology optimization efforts for Latin America. While a Senior Manager at Ryder System, Inc., she led the rollout of technology infrastructure in support of logistics and distribution in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil and the United Kingdom. She also spent nine years at DEC, where she had an integral role in enterprise systems implementation and sales.

She has a B.S. in Computer Science from the Inter-American University in Puerto Rico. She is fluent in English and Spanish with a working Knowledge of Portuguese.

Frederick V. Perry has 25 years of international business and legal experience which  include serving as Manager of Legal Affairs for Aeromexico, Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Ryder System, and General Counsel for BAX Global.

Fred is fluent in Spanish and German and speaks conversational French and Japanese.  He has successfully provided legal advice related to contract law, alliances, joint ventures, acquisitions and divestitures in Singapore, China, Japan, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, The United Kingdom, Germany and Poland.  His MBA in International Management  from Thunderbird and his current work toward a Ph. D. in International Studies complement his Doctor in Law degree from the University of Akron.

Fred has published a number of articles on a number of international legal subjects and the North American Free Trade Agreement and has been a featured speaker in different languages at conferences around the world

Robyn welcomes PastranaNoel (Bud) Robyn  has managed global businesses for 32 years and created over $ 1 billion in shareholder value. He speaks 5  languages honed from living and working  in Germany, France, Mexico, Colombia and Venezuela as well as extensive experience in Brazil,  in addition to the U.S., his native country.

Bud was the President and Managing Director of the South American division of Ralston Purina, the Latin American division of ConAgra Foods and the global business of a pharmaceutical/biological products division of Rhone Poulenc, now Aventis.

Most recently he served as Senior Vice president of Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management, where he managed all executive degree and certificate education activities in the U.S. and multiple international locations and built a "best-in-industry" global presence.

Richard Stollenwerck has over 27 years of international experience in marketing and branding, customer relationship management, sales and channel development. Most recently involved in B2B and B2C Internet ventures, Richard has held key international positions. Based in Miami, Richard served as President, Latin America for the leading direct marketing agency, Wunderman Cato Johnson, a division of Young & Rubicam. Previously he spent 15 years with Time-Life Books, based in Paris with responsibility for operations in France and eventually for Southern Europe.

Richard graduated cum laude from Princeton University and earned a masters Degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. He is fluent in French and Italian in addition to his native English. He has a working knowledge of Spanish.

Randall E. West has over 30 years profit and loss experience in both domestic and international operations with several service companies. His prior positions include President and CEO of Coach USA; President and COO Allied holdings; President at Axis Group; President at Ryder's Automotive Carrier division and President of Ryder's International division.

He is recognized as a successful strategic leader in growth and turnaround situations. Randall holds a B.S. degree in economics from Mississippi College.

Daniel Vinoly has spent twenty seven years in senior executive positions with IBM in Argentina, Brazil and world headquarters in the U.S, which prepared him  to lead an innovative acquisition of the IBM businesses in nine Latin American countries. The result was the formation of GBM which Daniel grew dramatically over a six year period.

Daniel has considerable experience setting up distribution networks in Latin America and possesses a unique combination of entrepreneurial and corporate skills applied to the technology, telecommunications and energy industries.

Daniel has a Master's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Buenos Aires, and has attended executive education programs at Harvard and the Sorbonne.  He has published numerous articles related to systems applications for both  the public and private sectors in Latin America. Additionally, Daniel is a Member of the Board of The New World Symphony in Miami
